  5. Prepara una proyección de flujo de efectivo, mes por mes, al menos durante el primer año.
  6. Establece mecanismos de facturación y cobranza eficientes para maximizar tus ingresos.
  7. Infórmate sobre leyes laborales para cumplir con todos los requisitos desde el primer día.
  8. Considera un espacio de home office, para maximizar deducciones fiscales.
  9. Tramita licencias y permisos locales y estatales necesarios según tu negocio.
  10. Obtén un Número de Identificación del Empleador (EIN por sus siglas en inglés) y configura los servicios de nómina y el sistema de pago de impuestos con tu primer empleado.
  11. Evalúa necesidades de seguro para proteger tu negocio.
  12. Desarrolla un acuerdo de asociación, si inicias con socios, para evitar conflictos a futuro.
